The core of most of the problems, and the effects that follow, is due to the premature decisions on action in Iraq. Several times in this segment it proves that when a decision was made after little negotiation or little review, the plan ended up never prevailing. This usually resulted in bombings and murders of the innocent and of the U.S. Military force. When they would fix one problem, four more new problems would rise.
This also resulted in poor governing by ambassadors of the United States. A premature decision on a person to govern Iraq resulted in an undermined problem. These actions caused other people to quit and lose faith in the purpose of what they are fighting for. What it all boils down to is that there are a lot of problems with the country, and a lot of problems with the country trying to help the other. It is a huge confusing ordeal.
